The Complete Routine is designed as a four-step system, but any two products together are better than nothing. If starting out, ClearCore + Hydraglaze is the core pair.
Both. The four-step routine runs identically morning and night. Consistency matters more than timing — same steps, twice daily, is the goal.
Barrier improvement is usually noticeable within two weeks. Habit formation takes about 21 days. We recommend committing to the full routine for 30 days before evaluating.
