We want you and your family to love every Jovi Rose product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

 

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date — even if the product has been opened or used.

 

To be eligible for a return, you must:

       Submit your return request within 30 days of your delivery date

       Provide your order number and reason for return

       Return the product in its original packaging (if possible)

 

We do not accept returns on items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@joviroseskin.com with:

       Your name and order number

       The product(s) you'd like to return

       A brief note on why you're returning (this helps us improve!)

 

Once we receive your request, we'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

 

Return Shipping

Defective or damaged products:

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund at no charge. Please include a photo of the issue when you contact us.

 

All other returns:

For all other returns (including satisfaction-based returns), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

 

Please note:

       Original shipping charges are non-refundable

       Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

       If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@joviroseskin.com

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

       Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

       Items that appear to have been misused or tampered with

       Gift cards

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@joviroseskin.com. We'll make it right — no questions asked.
